If you want to read the last update on both Lesnar & Parisyan it's HERE.

Brock Lesnar's jiu-jitsu coach Rodrigo 'Comprido' Medeiros told TMZ yesterday that Lesnar will be ready to fight again within six months and offered this quote:

I can just say that the heavyweights can stop laughing and get ready to start crying because the champion will be back soon.

None of this is confirmed by Dana White or UFC of course, and one wonders how soon Lesnar can start training after having surgery to fix a hole in his intestine not to mention still being down with mono. Six months would be SOMEWHAT miraculous, but then again, this is Brock Lesnar we're talking about.

Anyway the latest word on Karo 'The Snore' Parisyan is courtesy of his training partner Neil Melanson, who told Five Oz. of Pain that Parisyan dropped out of his UFC 106 on Saturday because he's addicted to painkillers and possibly an alcoholic too. Here's an actual quote from the interview.

Karo’s had some problems with an addiction to pain medicine due to an injury he sustained a few years ago. Then when he started having these anxiety problems, it didn’t seem like the anxiety pills were helping him. The only thing that was helping him was the pain medication that he had been taking for his injuries. That’s when he just started down that slope. It’s just one of those situations where you have two guys that sit down to have a drink, and you have one guy that can go home and he’s fine, and the other guy has to go out and get wasted every single time because he’s an alcoholic.

With all of these problems, Parisyan really needs to leave fighting for 2-3 years and get his issues taken care of, and if pain management is a problem he should really reconsider being a MMA fighter altogether.
