Well its been a journey.  NXT had me at the beginning, lost me, and in the end no matter how badly the fuck it up I am going to miss it.  Who will be the silver spoon fed rookie superstar in the WWE.  Will Otunga make it and have nothing at all make sense.  Will wrestling skill take over and my favorite Justin Gabriel make it to the finals?  Or will it be the best all around and number one for a few weeks in a row Wade Barrett take down the hammer and provide a flicker of interest coming out of here.  Will Danielson vs ColeMiz continue?  This and more I'm sure.  So here we are for the final countdown. And the preview guys have done a great package yet again.  This time summarizing the season.  Shit where has THIS show they are showing been.  If I have any prediction it will be that Gabriel will be in the final 2 however this is decided.  It makes no sense to showcase Otunga vs Barrett.

Anyways Striker in the ring.  First we have the five rookies that came close but were eliminated that are in the front seats.  Skip looks pissed.  The rest are annoyed at being there.  Now we have the pros coming out.  I was gone yesterday so I am interested to see if Punk comes out.  So the pros have their seats up the ramp.  Punk in a mask.  Let me make a side note here that basically the ONLY wrestling I have seen these weeks is NXT and 'Mania as sad as that may be.  Striker is reminding us that there will be two pro polls tonight.  Oh the drama.  NOT.

First we start with a three way match.  I hope that Gabriel is the work horse at the very least and maybe a pro of their choice with the final two.  Make this more watchable.

John Morrison is the next pro.  Eli Cottonwood.  Maybe a better version of Khali.  7 foot 1.  Redwood from ROH?  I never saw him if it is.

A new group is coming out with this.  Husky Harris with Cody Rhodes.

Now the match.

Three Way Dance

Otunga (pro R Truth) vs. Barrett (pro Jericho) vs Gabriel (pro Hardy)

Wow Otunga's punches are bad.  And his clothesline.  They are saying that Gabriel is a one trick pony?  Yeah that one trick is wrestling.  Wade in with Otunga that is passable..  Gabriel with a nice little roll up based off a hold.  Now Otunga vs Gabriel.  Bad.  Gabriel outside the ring onto Barrett.  End sees the 450 by Gabriel.  Gabriel pulled out.  Barrett gets the pin on Otunga.  And for once both wrestlers must be eliminated.  So we come back to the best match NXT has since they never unleashed Daniel Bryan.

And let me also say here WHAT THE FUCK I thought NXT was DEAD.  Oh well Erica will be pissed I will still be doing this report. Damn and I wanted my hands on Deadliest Warrior too.

Fucking Stryker saying that it is smart of Barrett to attack the mid section of Gabriel.  Better stuff now at least though.  I'm hoping the pros told Otunga to get the fuck out of the ring.  Great kicks from Gabriel on Barrett.  Great come back.  End sees Gabriel go to the top rope again.  Knees up.  Great looking crash into them.  Roll up.  Barrett wins and I have no problem with that.  Barrett also has great cardio because he looks in great shape still here.

MVP is a pro on NXT.  Percy Watson.  Wow great personality.  It looks like we have the party person that Young was supposed to be.  I don't care if he can wrestle or not.  This guy looks like he is in character and can entertain.  I am sure that opinion can change.

Please let Otunga be gone please please please.

Zach Ryder a pro on NXT.  Tidus Oneal.   Our new version of a strong man without the back story of Otunga.  I fear this may be the bad coming on.  But we will see.

Striker is in the ring.  Shut up Striker.  Asking all the rookies that were eliminated stuff.  Wow Danielson giving Barrett his endorsement.  Skip don't care.  Young endorsing Barrett as a heel.  Slater gives Barrett it too.

Pros poll now.  Barrett needs to be number one.  He is.  SHIT.  Gabriel is going home.  I hope it isn't one on one for the finals.  My dream for Hardy and Gabriel vs Harts may be at and end.

The next pros are Lay Cool?  The tradition to fuck over the talent we have Koval.  Better known as Lo Ki.  Oh well.  I find this funny for some reason.

Yes!  They get to talk for the win.  Well I guess I have no problem with Gabriel going home now, not that I like Otunga at the mic at all.  He is just the male version of Otunga.

Otunga probably with the most passable promo that I have heard so far.  Paled to Barrett.

Now we go with Kofi Kingston introducing Michael McGillicuttty.  He looks good but refused to show a single move he put on.  That may be bad.

The pros adding some drama?  Truth vs. Regal on the stage.  Whole lot of crap going on the stage.

The winner is Barrett!  YES!  Now some gold on the mic.   Well probably the worst promo he has done for victory but that was more entertaining than half the stuff on WWE.  Looking at it since WWE is looking for big, charismatic stars they have done good with Barrett and I am not all that upset that Daniel Bryan is not the winner other than the title shot.
